90 MINUTE INTRO
Looking to get started in CrossFit? Never tried CrossFit before? Not a problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know in a 90-Minute Intro Session to get started. During this intro session, one of our Certified Coaches will put you through a movement assessment, teach you some of the foundational movements, and help you with any modifications or injuries.DAY4
DAY 1-30: MENTORSHIP BY A COACH
After your 90 minute Intro Session your coach will still be in touch for the next 30 days. We will send you an email every night with the next days workout, advice for that workout, and a little piece of knowledge to guide you through your fitness journey.DAY30
