Amanda has been involved in fitness her entire life. From an early age, she played multiple sports such as soccer, track and field, and softball. She excelled in soccer at an early age which lead her to become a collegiate soccer player at the University of Missouri Kansas City and then at Maryville University. She has had a passion and dedication to fitness since high school and she continues to strive to share that passion with others.
After graduating from Maryville University in 2015, she immediately started her doctorate program at Logan University to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. Throughout her schooling and thousands of hours of studying the ins and outs of the human body, she has a high level of understanding movement and body mechanics. She brings this knowledge as well as a smile that would light up the room, to her classes everyday.
She started CrossFit in 2018 when she would go with her boyfriend, now fiancé, at 5am in the morning. She was always very athletic and competitive so CrossFit became a perfect fit for her. She started to love the new challenges it brought to her and how she could see the growth of her skills. She has done multiple local partner competitions here in Charlotte and has placed 1st in the RX division.
P.S. She is a master of Dad Jokes and will cry laugh every time.
